prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

A visit to Cambridge.

What a bunch of pretty old buildings. There are colleges all over town. Seven or more and they are all old. You could see students bicycling back and forth. We had lunch, walked through a farmers market, and took a boat ride. The boat is called a punt and the operator is a punter. The pushing stick is called a quant. The punter gives a running description of the buildings and sights.

There are some who say that James our punter is handsome.

The Bridge of Sighs.

A busker busking in Cambridge.

Good looking food in the Farmer's Market.
