Tuesday weigh in. 5/15/2012

Tuesday weigh in on 5/15/2012. Wait a minute. Is that not the day that I start my trip with my daughter Nancy to Europe? I think it is! Then this is also Day One of the big trip. Today I take off from Shreveport at 1:30 pm. Three weeks and nine hours later, June 5, at 10:30 pm I will land at Shreveport.

I did not make my 220 pound goal but 220.2 is pretty close. I fell off on my walking this week. Too busy packing, I think. My next weigh in will on June 6, which is the day after I get home from the trip. I wonder what the trip will do to my weight. I plan to keep a log of my walking.
