prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

Europe Trip. Minus one day.

Tomorrow I go. I have been counting the days for six months. I will now count the days of the trip. 21 days from tomorrow I will get home.

The picture below is of 42 baggies.  21 filled with morning pills and 21 filled with evening pills. Each baggie contains eight to twelve pills or capsules. Six of those in the evening are by prescription (blood pressure, gout, etc), the others are for the fun of it, or I think are good for me.

Looks suspicious, huh?

  1. How long did it take you to do that? I filled three baggies with hundreds of pills since I take nearly 25 a day.

    1. It took two to three hours. Three of the pills I have to cut in half.
