prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

Final spotting and leveling of the Hitch Hiker.

This crew from Carter's Camping Country spotted and leveled my home.

They even cleaned my air conditioner and hosed leaves and dirt off the trailer.

They sawed off the bent part of my right front jack and replaced the foot. Worked good after their repairs.

If you look quick down the power line right away from HWY 544  you can see the front of my trailer.

John has really dressed up the driveway entrance.

Views of my trailer. This is from the power line right away.

This view is from Kerry's front door. Her Daddy lives about 50 feet from her front door.

My slide outs are in the woods. When I am in bed a slight tilt of my head gives me a beautiful view of the trees. It is a beautiful RV site. It is a beautiful place to live. The Management of the 2765 HWY 544 RV Park are very nice people! I love it here.

  1. So, I can't figure out who's luckier. You or Kerry.
