prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

Fort Cerjl railing and a view of the Adams Rapids.

During a break in the rain, the Fort Cerjl railing was finished. Cerjl is pronounced "cur gel" and the name is made up from the first initials of the four Adams grandchildren. Christian, Ethan, Ross, and Johnny Lynn.

Christian helped Paw Paw get material at the lumber yard.

That paint job does not look too rustic. Pink will never do. Have no fear, the paint crew is on the way. The paint crew is the four persons that the fort is named for. I think that the color will be gray to match the house.

The Adams Rapids as seen from Fort Cerjl.
