prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

Bucket truck get together.

Entergy was replacing an important power line pole across from Jefferson Corner. The pole is important to Ruston service and Entergy was replacing it to be sure that the pole was in good shape. Power smoothing regulators were also installed. I thought the three buckets made an interesting picture. There was a fourth truck standing by.

  3. Whenever you see a bucket truck, you know that something big is happening. So if one bucket truck means a messy situation needs to be fixed; three, with one lurking behind, means that there is one major hang-up that has to get fixed right away. Interesting picture, indeed!
