prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

New baby at the Russell's.

It is an early spring. The first of the crop of miniature horses at Skip's was born the other day. I drove out to see if I could sneak a peek. Skip caught me sneaking around and gave me a four wheel tour. He even thanked me for coming to see his new baby and invited me to come back any time. It was a nice outing.

We found the new baby and mom.

I was impressed about many little horses and donkeys were at Skip and Carolyn Russell's Farm. There are several dozen pregnant animals. I want to thank Skip for the tour.
