prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

Bike trail in Redmond

The Wrocks stroll a bike trail in Redmond, Washington. They are Janelle, Matt, Winter, and Holly. Matt is my oldest grandchild. I was so pleased and excited when my daughter Nancy gave birth to him. Matt said that the bike trail is 30 miles long.

It was nice to visit them in Sammamish. Don't you love that name? They are moving soon to Woodinville. I hope to see their new home before I head south. They were so nice to me during my visit.  It was interesting to see busy parents at work. They are doing a great job.

Matt has been working for Microsoft and gave me a tour of the Microsoft Corporate Campus. What a place! Maybe 40,000 people work there.
