Here is a table of recent vital signs of the old prunepicker.
Not bad, except for weight and steps. I am near or at the most that I have ever weighed. I should walk more.
Incidentally in 1,602 days I will reach my next milestone--95 years old. To reach the goal it would be helpful to lose weight and walk more.
It would be nice to lose fifty pounds and walk twice as much,
