prune picker

This is the blog of a prune picker. (Native born Californian) Retired oilfield. I am an old man. I blog a lot about my body and getting old. As I approach death life gets more interesting. More interesting is not good. I still drive. I attend sports, music, and civic events. I am writing my memoirs. I attend swim class three times a week. Some of my blogs might be interesting. A lot of my blogs are silly and trivial. None are very long.

Munson's Swamp Tours.

I had heard good reports about these tours. Yesterday I took a 300 mile drive to the heart of cajun Louisiana to take a tour. I stayed over night in Thibodaux. I saw a lot of animals. Almost as many as I see living next door to John Morgan Adams. My tour had a good cajun guide. He knew more facts about alligators than I thought existed.

Pretty bird. The gray egret.

Who Dat!

The eagle of cajun land is the black headed vulture.

Good Guide!
