I going to reduce my vital signs reported to the last five days.
Column 1 is the date. Column 2 is blood pressure and pulse. (This reading is made after three minutes of complete inactivity.) Column 3 is weight. Column 4 is body temperature. Column 5 is the steps taken that day.

About a week ago I had an echogram of my heart. The reports were good. 60 % efficiency. For my age that is very good.
Incidentally I will be 95 in 1631 days. July 20, 2020.
