Bluegrass in Arcadia. Thank you plaque for the Mayor of Arcadia.

Helen Whatley, the President of the North Louisiana Bluegrass Club showed me a plaque that will be presented to the Mayor of Arcadia. The plaque expresses the appreciation of the club for the support of the Mayor.
