I have had a hard time breaking the 240 pounder barrier. But I think that I have done it. The list below are date steps/weight. I started at 255 pounds.
239.2 two days in a row. Hooray! It seems to take diet and 4000 steps a day. That is about a mile and a half. To do that I have to take time to go walk for a half hour a day at least.
Thanks Nancy. Just normal living adds up to 1500 steps. But if I go for a 10 or 15 minute walk I get up to 4000. Experts say you need 10,000 for top condition.
