Gourmet cabbage in Swartz. I had some on Tuesday.

First you heat and stir bacon fat and spices.

add cabbage and onions.

Recruit a typical Swartz chef.


When a hamburger steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cornbread is added, you have a delicious plate lunch!
