October 2013 Meeting of the Northeast Louisiana Genealogogical and Histroical Society

On Sunday afternoon, 10/13/2013, Jo Bennett, a biology teacher of many years gave a great talk on DNA and the use of DNA in genealogical studies.

Jo gave several examples where DNA data helped her in her genealogy work. It was an interesting and informative meeting. I enjoyed it. I have been considering having my DNA reviewed.
