Breakfast at Apple Tree Cafe and Blessings Book Store.

Michael and Rhonda Ray treated me to breakfast. Boy! was it good. The Cafe is in West Monroe on Cypress a mile or two north of Thomas. The food was delicious.

What a nice couple.

The entree was a Flip. A lot like an western omelet.  But a lot better.

We had a nice visit with Sarah Kelly, the owner and chef.
