Who messed up John and Kerry's mail and newspapers?

While John and Kerry were at the beach I had neatly arranged their daily mail and two newspapers, in chronological order.

Yesterday I came home to this mess.

Notice the papers on the floor. I asked the kittens, Carmel and Belle, who had messed up my good work.
