Last night was the 18th time I have seen the movie Bathing Beauty. The first 17 times were during my troopship cruise from Guadalcanal to Honolulu. What a trip down Memory Lane!
The movie has a Esther Williams water swimming scene at the beginning and the end. In between is almost all a Marx Brothers type movie with Red Skelton. There are many band numbers with Harry James and Xavier Cugat. Very busy and colorful.
What a guy will not do to bring up old memories!
