Weight going up !

The table below shows my high weight for the year, my low weight for the year, and my present weight. I am heading back to where I started. Darn. I do not seem capable of thoughtful determined action. I know what I should be eating and I know the exercise that I should be getting. I need a trainer like that slim Skip Russell has.
