I never have had an invitation like this before.

I was given this lovely box that was decorated with a flower, leaves, and a ribbon and bow.

In the box was a wrapped bottle.

The bottle was corked and half full of sand and sea shells. It contained a rolled up parchment.

I pulled the scroll out using the attached gold thread.

What a grand invitation! I sure will be there. The wedding should make a great blog and be a happy happy experience.
