Tuesday weigh in. 7/17/2012.

My weight is up and my walking is down. There must be a connection between the two. Only 1.6 miles a day! That is just enough to get me to 3 or 4 meals. Blood pressure looks good.

My friend Beverly Smith got a pass for me to use the Port Ludlow Beach Club. Yesterday morning  I attended the Aquacise hour. No standing around visiting. A fellow attendee gave directions for an hour of kicking, waving, bending, etc. It was a good workout. I hope to increase my walking.
