Tuesday weigh in and vitals.
Oh oh. Only lost 0.2 pounds. Should lose a pound a week. Have to straighten up and eat right. Blood pressure still low and ideal. I walked 16 miles last week. This is easily double my regular rate. I can feel my wind and stamina increasing,
