They call me Licking Lizard.

Richard Wayne Howard is a loyal member of the Jefferson Corner Liars Club. In spite of having three good names he has always been known as Lizard. The road to his home is named Lizard Lane. I had the honor of being his census taker.

Lizard is a fine gentleman and likes ladies. He has accidentally licked two of the ladies (on their arms) who work at Jefferson Corner. They were so thrilled that they ordered a special tee shirt for Lizard. Lizard models his new shirt.
