I married Jacqueline Lois Ireton 67 years ago. We met on a blind date while I was stationed at Camp San Luis Obispo. My Army unit was taking training at Moro Bay in amphibious combat landings. We were married three months later. I miss her every day. No matter how busy I keep myself, I still feel lonely. On September 13 I will be at her gravesite at the Arlington National Cemetery. The ashes of my oldest son, Chris will be placed in the gravesite with her ashes at 11 am..
