Henry J. Munson, A Senator of the Republic of Texas.

Henry J. Munson is my third cousin, four times removed. He was a member of the Senate of the Republic of Texas when Texas was annexed by the US in 1845. How close can we get to greatness?

The picture is actually a photo of Sam Houston but I believe that Henry looked something like that. Henry graduated from Fairfield Medical College in 1828. He practiced medicine in Evans Mills, NY; Kosciusko, MS; and Caldwell, TX.
