I am in genealogy mode today. As part of working on the Monson tree I have given myself the challenge of visiting and taking a picture of all my grandfather graves that are buried in the US. The first of these graves is the grave of Thomas Munson who was buried in 1685 in New Haven, CT. His father is buried in Rattlesden, Suffolk, England. I understand there is an ocean between me and Rattlesden.

Five of the graves are in Kentucky. I have a picture of the grave of my grandfather James Mart Monson. Only four Kentucky graves to go. They are in three adjacent counties. There is, I think one grave in New Jersey. Three graves are in Connecticut. It should not involve a very large amount of travel to accomplish my picture taking mission.
