On Saturday afternoon the Techsters (the Louisiana Tech ladies basketball team) won a game that earned them first place and the title of Champions of the Western Atheletic Conference. They are holding up their trophy in the picture above.

Adriane Johnson, a star of the team cuts the net from the basket. I guess if you are Champs you get to do that. However it ruined the net. I sure did enjoy the season. Adriane is a grteat player. Her free throw technique was a delight to watch.
